Mental Health and Other Important Issues

Mental Health & Other Important Issues

I wanted to write about mental health issues. This includes depression, mixed personality disorders, eatting disorders, and other mental health topics.

I have dealt with depression since I was 12 years old. I was born with mulitple learning disabilities and other issues that kept me back from achieving that which my adoptive parents were hoping I would do.

Later on, actually after my second divorce, I accomplished great things. I went onto college and I am a Professional Paralegal and Author and I am also a White_Nationalist Family Rights Advocate and Director of Family Affairs for The National Coalition Party.

White_Nationalists are not White Supremacists let me make that very clear and we follow the fourteen words by another White_Nationalist who is a politicial prisoner.

"We Must Secure The Existence of Our People and A Future For White Children". David Lane

White_Nationalists is not about religion. Relgion is mundane and un-important to us.  It is secondary and our prime goal is our survival and existence.    This means that we as "White_Nationalists" do not believe in abortion , as it is racial genocide.  It also exploits white women and their children.

White_Nationalists do not believe in adoption. It also exploits white women and their children.   Adoption was never created to provide poor infertile couples with children.  It was created to provide second homes for children without "true and natural" white_nationalist parents that are not a live.  This means the parents must be legally dead and must have died from natural disasters, illness, auto accidents, or war.

I have suffered from mental health problems since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and many times over it has been used against me.

Mental Illness and other mental health problems are often misunderstood and many times therapy and medications, (although I do not advocate the use of chemicals in one's body) often helps to correct the problem, but only short term.

I believe in the natural approach and that the body, mind, and spirit connection all play a major role in one's mental health wellness.

If one part of the body is out of sync. The rest will follow and all three must be in unison and harmony to create a happy person and one at peace with the world.

I have tried almost every known antidepressant to man. Some of the new SSRI's I have tried and over a period they become less and less effective.  This means an increase in dosage to keep up its effectiveness.

I believe in the natural approach, to treat the whole person and not just the symptoms.  This means to use natural remedies such as St. John's Wort, for the depression and mild anxiety, Gingseng, for natural source of energy and Ginko to help with mental clarity and memory.

One might try Valencia Root to help to get to sleep or Melatoin as well.

I believe in the power of  prayer as well. Faith plays a very big part in one who has mental health problems in getting well.

One thing I have noticed with persons with mental health problems. They are not loved for what they are and who they are.  People are often trying to change them into someone they can not be. So it is not natural.

Acceptance is the key word here.  Loving the person for what she/he is and who she/he is.

The Late Karen Carpenter sung a song "Love Me For What I Am". She was going through a hard time with her Axoreia Nervosa and her parents, Agnes and Harold Carpenter could not tell her that they loved her and only towards the end of her life did she hear those three very important words coming out of her parent's mouths " I love you,  Karen".

Sometimes people think persons with mental illness can not control their lives but we can and all we need is a little encouragement and a little help and we can succeed and get better.

Mental Illiness is not curable. It is treatable and we can get better and make progress.

We must remember " We can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" as well.

My faith is a testimony that I have gotten better, but not before I have gotten worse.  It has taken me many years to get better.

Lean on me, that is what I say. I have been there, seen it, and done it. I have walked down that road many times over and I am a survivor not a victim of and to mental illness.

We will either be a survivor and becoming Victorious. Or We will become victims and let our mental illness claim us as just another number.

Stay Well. Remember, Lean On Me.
